The data controller for qasignoff.com is Samuccaya Tech LLP, which owns QASignoff and Signoff Studio. Emails sent to [email protected] or [email protected] are received by that entity.
This marketing site is static and does not collect personal information through forms or accounts. If you email us at [email protected], we use your address only to respond.
QASignoff Compare (/tools/compare/) and JSON Diff (/tools/json-diff/) and JSON Formatter (/tools/json-formatter/) run in your browser for that session. Pasted or uploaded content is not sent to QASignoff and is not stored—close or refresh the tab and it is gone. When you click Compare, the page may send a one-field anonymous count (the tool name only) so we can see how often the tool is used.
QASignoff Env Diff (/tools/env-diff/) also runs in your browser. Pasted or uploaded env and config files are not sent to QASignoff and are not stored—close or refresh the tab and they are gone. Secret values are masked on screen by default. When you click Compare, the page may send a one-field anonymous count (env-diff only).
QASignoff JWT Decoder (/tools/jwt/) also runs in your browser. Tokens you paste are not sent to QASignoff and are not stored—close or refresh the tab and they are gone. The decoder does not verify signatures. The first successful decode in a tab may send the same one-field anonymous count (jwt only).
Signoff Studio (desktop & VS Code) may send a small anonymous daily usage ping to our own servers (hosted on Cloudflare) so we can count active installations. That ping includes a random install id, whether you use desktop or VS Code, app version, and OS. It does not include your name, email, workspace contents, API URLs, request bodies, scripts, or database credentials.
You can turn this off anytime in Signoff Studio under Preferences → Help improve Signoff Studio.
Diagnostic logs stay on your machine. We receive them only if you email them (from Help → Report a problem, or by writing to [email protected]) so we can investigate a defect. Use [email protected] for general questions.
